Through the use of our Light Tunnel, we will look over the vehicle for any signs of cracked paint, damaged moldings, or other concerns — things that are often overlooked or go undetected by an insurance adjuster doing their initial inspection. Seeing the dents under controlled conditions is the only way to make a proper assessment of the damage.

Our goal is to repair the vehicle with the PDR process alone, yet occasionally cracked paint or very severe damage can indicate the need for replacement panels. We have access to quality body shops for such items as a hood replacement or minor paint repairs, however, we avoid invasive repairs which require roof replacements. There are some in these situations that we can save, but it depends on how much straight metal is left.
