Does SVE use Genuine Kia parts on every repair?
Yes. Kia certification requires the use of Genuine OEM Kia parts on all certified repairs. These parts are manufactured to Kia's exact specifications for structural integrity, fit and finish. We do not source aftermarket substitutes on Kia jobs.
Will my Kia factory warranty stay intact after a repair at SVE?
Yes. Repairs performed by a Kia Certified Collision Repair Facility using Genuine Kia parts and Kia repair procedures maintain your factory warranty. A repair at a non-certified shop using non-OEM parts can give Kia grounds to deny warranty claims on the repaired area.
What makes Kia's newer vehicles harder to repair without certification?
Kia's current vehicle platforms use a combination of aluminum, magnesium and high-strength blended steel in the same body structure. These materials behave differently under impact and require specific repair methods, tooling and sequences that standard steel repairs do not. A non-certified shop without Kia's specific equipment and training cannot repair these structures to factory safety specifications.
