Traditional panel repair is required when the paint is cracked, the metal is creased rather than dented or the damage is on a panel edge where PDR tools cannot reach. This involves filler, primer and a full repaint matched to your vehicle's color code.

A reputable shop will tell you which method applies and why. Be cautious of any shop that recommends only one method without inspecting the vehicle first.

Step 5: Do Not Sign Anything at the Storm Site
